About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development to lead our commercial expansion in the Gulf Coast region. This is a senior role for a dynamic individual who thrives on building strategic partnerships and driving sales in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate first contact with potential clients across target regions
• Schedule and lead meetings to present Regen Robotics’ solutions
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for oil & gas robotics solutions in the Gulf Coast
USA.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with major oil companies and service
providers.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
• Represent Regen Robotics at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
• Collaborate with our UK team to ensure seamless client engagement and project
delivery.
• Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Essential Criteria
• 5+ years proven experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong presentation and excellent negotiation skills in formal settings.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
• Energetic, self motivated and results orientated.
• Relationship management skills
Desirable Criteria
• Previous B2B sales experience in the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or similar.
• Existing network within Gulf Coast oil & gas industry highly desirable.
