About the role

We are seeking experienced Business Development to lead our commercial expansion in the UK and European regions. This is a senior role for a dynamic individual who thrives on building strategic partnerships and driving sales in a technical environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within target organisations
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking
  • Manage and progress opportunities through the full sales funnel using CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and client documentation
  • Lead sales meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oil majors, terminal operators, and industrial service providers
  • Arrange and attend client visits, site meetings, conferences, and exhibitions across the region
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of winning and closing high-value deals and managing complex sales
  • Experience managing long sales cycles in a technical or service-led environment
  • Strong presentation and excellent negotiation skills in formal
  • Energetic, self-motivated and results
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work
  • Willingness to travel as required across assigned
  • relationship management skills
  • Strong IT skills (CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential commercial information

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous B2B sales experience in the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or
  • Existing network within Gulf Coast oil & gas industry is highly
